Terms & Conditions
1. All articles taken for repairs shall be subjected to owner risk.
2. Customer need to take backup all datas before giving it to service.
3. Company is not responsible for any data loss.
4. All estimate cost are approximate and subject to change on completion of the job.
5. Delivery date may be delayed in case of spare parts are not available.
6. The company will do its best to complete the job on time but doesn't accept any responsible for any foreseen delay in completing the job on the due date.
7. Damage to the semi-detective part, during servicing cannot be held responsible.
8. The company is not responsible for the product not taken delivery beyond 30 days from the date of the job card.
9. Old defective parts removed from the sets will not be returned.
10. In case, the job is not completed or estimation not being passed. Attend charge Rs. 300 has to be paid by the customer while taking delivery.
11. In case of any dispute relating to this contract, the jurisdiction will be with in Salem.
12. All repairs (except tampered by 3rd party, mishandled or water damaged) are guaranteed for labour for one month from date of delivery.
13. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from accident, fire, theft or any other cause beyond control.
14. Device should be completely checked before delivery, Company is not responsible for any issue after delivery.
